First, view the Email for which you wish to derive code from. It could also be a post that you wish to bounce.

Second, press either the "Send" button and click on 'forward' in the pop up or "Forward" link in the sidebar of the "view mail" page.

Third, in the "To:" area address the letter or post to yourself

Fourth, goto the text/body area of the letter and press the 'retun' key twice (the cursor should be at the beginning of the third line) and hold the "alt" + "a" keys which will produce this- å -control symbol.

Hold the "cmnd" + "a" keys (which will highlight the control symbol) and then the "cmnd" + "x" keys (which will cut/remove the symbol storing it in your cache)

Do not hit 'return' but rather goto the "subject" area, if something is already written in that area, just delete it then press the "cmnd" + "v" keys (Paste)

Now "send" the letter, by hitting the "send" button then "return" or by scrolling to bottom of page, highlight "send" then hit "return"
